United Kingdom Orders (excluding Northern Ireland at present)
If we receive your order by 2pm Monday-Friday, we aim to dispatch your order on the same day. If your order is received after 2pm, it will be dispatched the following business day.

We do not ship internationally at present, but hope to add this in the near future.
Returns
Change of mind returns
We accept returns up to 21 days from the day your order is delivered. To return your order please:
1) Package it carefully in the original packaging, and send it back at the address below. Please make sure your order number is written on the shipping label or outside of packaging.
2) Complete our short returns form here so that we can track and process your return.
Please reach out to support@bowerful.com if you require any assistance.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with the attached receipt or proof of purchase. Make sure the item is well protected when returning it to us, so that it is not damaged in transit. When the item is received, we will initiate a refund (please allow 4-7 business days), excluding the initial shipping cost.
Damaged Goods
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
In the unfortunate case that your item(s) are damaged or broken in transit, please notify us within 5 days of receiving it at support@bowerful.com, attaching photos to the email, a brief description of the damage, the order number and shipping information. We understand how disappointing this can be and will do our absolute best to replace them as quickly as possible. Once we receive your email, we will follow-up with next steps. Please note, however, any faults reported after 5 days of receiving the item, will be deemed as general wear and tear.
Returns Policy
Bowerful reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged upon return - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We do not offer returns on vintage items (unless damage occurs in transit) due to the fact that all the pieces are entirely unique and will show wear consistent with age.
