Set of Two Vintage Ravenstone Ribbed Planters or Vases | Wedgwood of Etruria & Barlaston | 1950s to 1960s
Elegant pair of black ribbed 'Ravenstone' planters or vases by Wedgwood and dating from the 1950s or 1960s.
With their subtle and classical design they make a clean backdrop to set off green foliage, or would look brilliant with white flowers such as Cow Parsley frothing out of them. The glaze has a very slight lustre - just enough to give the glazing a satin look which looks great by candlelight.
Condition: No cracks or structural problems, and no limescale staining inside. Under very close inspection there is a tiny horizontal nibble of glaze loss on the foot of the smaller, which isn't visible unless you pick it up.. The nibble is 1.5mm wide and a quarter of a millimetre high and is blown up in the photographs.

Because we are a small UK business and not currently part of the IOSS scheme, VAT and duties are NOT included at checkout. Your local delivery provider may request: VAT at your country’s standard rate and a small customs handling/administration fee. These charges must be paid by the recipient for the parcel to be delivered.
Returns
We accept returns up to 21 days from the day your order is delivered.
We reserve the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged upon return - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
